Thoughts on these firms - Madison Equities/William Macklowe Company

These two firms are based in New York City, anyone have any insight into them? These seem like two pretty big developers, but couldn't find a lot of information on them. Anyone have insight into interviews & working there?

Culture, do they hire younger professionals (0-3 years out of undergrad), are they very lean shops, etc?

Seems Madison Equities has a few top guys, but don't know if they hire a lot of entry level and similar with WMC. Really not a lot to go off of based on website & other sources.

Have read about recent projects/purchases that have been in the news, but don't have a ton of color on them (i.e. 45 Broad St, 212 5th, & WMC's recent buys).
