Tishman Speyer

Does anyone have any data points regarding total compensation at Tishman at the associate level and beyond? Some on here said there’s a haircut, but it seems like Tishman recruits from super strong backgrounds so it’s tough to gauge as an outsider. Speaking specifically on acquisitions / development as it seems they do existing asset transactions as well.
