Tishman Speyer Modeling Test
Hello fellow monkeys,
Has anyone taken a modeling test in the interview process for a real estate private equity position?
If so, can you share your experience and any helpful information?
I would really appreciate it!
I have no perspective, but I’d say be able to address all of those. They’re all different flavors of the same thing, so you’d likely be expected to know all of them at a high caliber shop like Tishman. It is all the same: timing and costs, revenue and time to recoup costs, and then a waterfall to decide who makes what returns.
