How did the test go? Can you give some background. Not at TS, but had a few days to build a model and answer 10 or so questions on a deal (risk/rewards, etc). The follow up interview was them going through what I sent, asking me basic questions telling me I hit issues that they were seeing today and what my thoughts were on the deal.

Just have your overview of the deal and why you think it's good or bad with 1-2 additional levels to back that up. Think about the macro and micro environment, assuming their deal was office so weave that in if in NYC for example but also consider they are developing and I think at least leasing up a large asset in HY. What specific questions are you concerned about/what's your background in the industry?

I have not heard back yet, not sure if they have today off as well as the 4th, so I plan on sending a follow-up email to the person I interviewed with on the 5th. I don't think there's a standard format for the post modeling interview, it depends on who you're talking to.
