Top broker characteristics/personality traits
What are the qualities that make brokers like the Stolly/Roeschlaub team, Aaron Appel, Adam Spies so successful? I realize that they are all based in New York so they have access to large and high profile transactions but what has allowed them to separate themselves from the pack. I’ve listen to interviews with Dustin Stolly and he doesn’t blow me away but has compiled an incredible list of clients. Why is this?
