Transaction experience but not within REPE
Work on the acquisitions side for a firm that fees rather uniquely and doesn't use a waterfall structure.
I have some REPE associate interviews lined up and was curious as to if the lack of familiarity with JV docs will hurt me? If so, how can I go about bridging that gap?
