Transitioning from Big 4 Strategy to Real Estate Private Equity
Hey everyone, I’m currently working in a Big 4 firm’s strategy and commercial due diligence practice, primarily focused on asset-heavy industries like ports, infrastructure, railways, and heavy equipment. While I’ve gained strong experience in these sectors, my long-term goal is to transition into real estate private equity.
To prepare for this move, I’m actively building my RE modeling skills through online resources and guidance from friends working in REPE.
I’d appreciate any insights on additional skills to develop, suggestions for effective networking in REPE, or general feedback on the best way to position myself for this transition.
Thanks in advance!
