I work for a medium sized firm that has a Trepp subscription. Has anyone used the software to source a deal and if so, how did you do it? Do you have any strategies you can share?

Have a close relationship with the team up and down the rankings from sales, to account mgrs, to the thought leaders. If anyone needs to be pointed in the right direction.
Powerful tool just depends on what you are trying to do with it and how you are hunting.
Highly recommend listening to the Treppwire podcast as well. Comes out every Thursday and has great insight as to what is occurring from a macro to micro level in the marketplace and keeps you dangerous.
Interesting would be curious to see how yall are prospecting with it. Does it have better/more features than something like Costar? Mind if I PM?
Does Trepp have access to data for every GSE loan closed or is it just for CMBS loans?
