TX: Seller required to disclose neighbor nuisance?
Pertaining the TX only. Does seller have to disclose noise from neighbors pool pump? The noise from the pump does NOT exceed city noise level ordinances….but several exchanges with the HOA have been made (although again, because noise level is below 60dB, no action has been taken). I don’t see anywhere on TX seller disclosure forms regarding neighborhood noise or nuisance. But appreciate thoughts- thanks!!
