Uncovering Loan Data on a Property
How would I go about discovering where a particular property stands in regards to loans on the property? Is there one service out there that aggregates all of this data in a similar fashion as to Costar? I hear brokers talk about being able to track loan maturities, and was wondering how they go about doing so.
I believe Yardi Matrix has a good amount of information on current loans. As with all of these databases, the information can be dated and spotty, but usually gives a good indication.
