Curious where some REPE firms are investing in.

The classic value add (FL/GA/TX/AZ) seem to be showing negative rent growth. Seen some activity in the Carolinas, Oklahoma, and midwest in general.

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
