Undergrad REPE Opportunities

I'm a rising junior looking to break into the REPE space through a summer internship for the 2024 summer. I have a credit and lending internship this summer for a bank that specializes in loans for commercial and multi-family developers. I would love to immediately enter the investment side of REPE but I am also open to a development side internship. Any advice is appreciated!
