Underwriting/Analysis Tips for Retail Outlet Centers
Curious as to the nuances that one should be aware of specifically within the outlet center/open air mall subset of retail. I imagine there's plenty of carry over from normal retail shopping centers etc, but given the size (400,000 GLA), the sheer amount of tenants makes me wonder if there's some back of the napkin/triage underwriting I can employ just to have enough to speak semi intelligently for a few minutes on the asset.
