US Bank Impact Finance Question

Has anyone worked or with at US Bank Impact Finance team, which was formerly US Bank Community Development. I'm thinking about applying for an underwriter role. Any one have a sense of the culture there? Is it torcher chamber lol or more of laid back atmosphere for a bank?
