Not overly familiar but I've seen them take part in some great deals and I remember someone saying they are well paid.
Hear below average things about San Antonio
I've heard their culture is excellent - great work/life balance and really nice people. However, I've also heard that upward mobility is limited because turnover is low.
Very sophisticated in my experience. Great culture based on the people I've met/worked with. Fairly active in the development space as of late.
Their debt arm (square mile) has been crushing it also. Unsure if you'd work alongside them if you're joining USAA though...
