USAA Real Estate Summer Analyst

Hi Guys,

I just made it to the super day for USAA Real Estate and was wondering if anyone ever went through the process along with any opinions of the company as a whole.

All comments appreciated!

Thanks

I can't speak on the process personally, but I have a friend who did it back in 2016. She really enjoyed her time there. The pay was great and it was a laid back work environment. I am pretty sure they got to leave at 11:30 on Fridays. During her time there, she had the opportunity to go on site visits, and touch a lot of different departments within the company. If it wasn't for the fact that she didn't want to live in San Antonio, she definitely would have accepted their full time offer.

Overall, the company has a strong platform with a diverse portfolio worth $15B+. The summer analyst program with them would be great your the resume, so prepare & show well at the super day and I'm sure you will do fine.
