I have offers from JLL and Cushman for a valuation analyst role, in the Midwest. All equal what is the better firm to work at and why?

Career Resources
Depends on city. But I would say JLL.
Completely market dependent. Both shops have enormous scale and a recognizable brand name. Do your research on the group you'll be in at each firm. What's their reputation within the market? Transaction volume? Product type?
Other than that, JLL has a cooler logo.
Side question- is this type of role the same as appraisal?
Yes
As others have said it is market dependent. If it was Chicago I would take the JLL offer but in my market Cushman seems to be the stronger shop.
