Value of a RE development certificate?
I'm finishing up my last year of college and looking to enter the real estate development industry. I won't have the funds to pay $50k or w/e for a masters in RED immediately.
I am searching for a development analyst job, but if I can't get one, I am planning on possibly completing a RED certificate program for a semester or two. Is this considered to be worth anything?
I'm looking at potentially doing NYU's certificate in development and land use.
