Victoria Asset Management (Oaktree)
Hi All,
Does anyone know much about them?? I can see they manage Oaktree's Opportunistic funds, but wanting to learn more about what type of work an analyst would be doing there.
They mention structured finance, opportunistic real estate etc.
Does that mean they lend money? Or are buying up assets that are under mortgage stress?
Thanks

Remember, the exact responsibilities can vary based on the firm's current strategy and the state of the market. Better to start at Oaktree rather then Victoria
Why?
Can you shed some light on Victoria?
Hey Mate,
Are you currently working there?
I heard that they were struggling and let go few people and you are not employed by Oaktree
Hmm, Oaktree seems alot more difficult to get into.
As victoria asset management is one step away, more achievable for someone like myself that doesnt have yrs in IB or PE
just DM you
