I’m about a year out of UG working in MF acquisitions and have been looking for ways to make some extra income. One of my hobbies is cinematography and photography and I think there is a niche in reasonably priced high-quality video producers aimed specifically at commercial investment sales. Half the time I read an OM, the exterior photos aren’t comprehensive enough and I end up going onto google maps to get a better feel for the property/surrounding area.
Would investment sales brokers see the value in paying for video content? Would a video-based OM create any impact on the deal getting traction?
