Want to sell 1 Deal
Hey guys. I am new to this forum . So let me introduce myself first.
I am maria and i have done a bachelors degree in Computers.
I had an interest in real estate development.. So i pursued my passion.. After a year or so from undergoing in a training course online.
I finally got some results. I have a deal to sell an apartment building to a person. So i will get some commission from this.
I am really confused how much commission should i ask or is there any particular percentile for commission.
The person was selling his apartment building at 2,900$ and both the parties approved for this amount. *Exclusive of the registration charges.
