Hi - I read that banks like GS, Wells and JPM have been funding hard money platforms and wanted to know which teams within those banks provide warehouse lines for bridge loans on single family homes. Would this sit on a ABS, RMBS or CMBS structuring desk?
Any info helps here, I am underwriting a deal. Found some info that the collateral is financesbke but really need to know who does it.
