Wealth Mgmt to REPE

Hey WSO,

I wanted to see if anyone had thoughts on the best route to take or what roles would be ideal to transition into REPE.

I graduated undergrad in Spring '21 and have been working at Morgan Stanley as a support professional on several financial advisory teams since November '21.

I am planning to move from financial advisory/wealth management and would like to pursue a career in CRE. I'd appreciate any thoughts or guidance that you all may have.

Thank you in advance.
