Websites / Sources to stay current on markets

Monkeys-

What sources / websites / articles do you find most reliable to stay current on specific market news / deals / stories / all things CRE (LA, NY, SF, etc.).

I usually like to stick with Real Estate Alert, Real Deal, Bisnow, etc - curious to see if there are any other sources you guys like to use that helps sifts through the noise.

Green Street Advisors if you can get access to it. I don't but I've only heard good things about it.

Quant (ˈkwänt) n: An expert, someone who knows more and more about less and less until they know everything about nothing.

I second Green Street. Leans more macro, but they do some fantastic trend identification. Very good balance of data and intuitive insight that's easily passed down to clients/investors.

Throw Curbed into the mix as your tabloid-esque insight into high profile developments in each market. I think its a great resource to see which projects and neighborhoods the locals are getting excited about. You won't get too much in the way of hard facts and figures however...

What do I need?

Well I want information on stock exchanges in countries like Sri Lanka. And I'd like to have one common source for information for all these types of countries, rather than having to visit multiple sources to get this information

Biznow, Commercial Observer, The Real Deal (Literally every one goes on this). You'll be find with these especially for commercial real estate.

I also agree on green street advisors. Though it may cost money, they are in the top of the biz.

Whatever it takes.
