Wells Fargo CRE - What Job Is This?
Super vague description of a job I applied to at WF for their CRE group - can any WF folks or others help me out and try to decipher what exactly this would be a part of? Obviously it mentions portfolio management but I have no clue what that means in terms of their CRE groups ...I have an interview this week. Thanks all.
In This Role, You Will
- Participate in basic review, research and reporting of commercial property performance
- Exercise independent judgment to guide low risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving less complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers
Sounds like loan asset management. Most likely will be reviewing OSAR's and reporting on variances, submitting reporting packages, etc.
I work at a similar bank to Wells in debt asset management and this seems a little more basic. Do you have a job title that is being advertised? It could be a support group that does more or less compliance work.
Posting is down but it's an associate role in their CRE PM group. Comp maxes out around $130k base - is that standard for this type of work?
This would be in nyc by the way.
