Just wondering if someone can walk me through the process of CMBS / Balance Sheet Lending from the perspective of a group like Wells? In other words, why would wells do CMBS over Balance Sheet and vice versa.
Potential Analyst candidate for a team out where I am at and would like to understand more as I have a call with one of the MD's soon.
Wells has a massive balance sheet, so why they do one over the other is not really a relevant question. Did you have you interview yet? PM if not.
