Securitization or origination? If origination, large loans or conduit?
Securitization
Hours are pretty rough and it’s under the IB vertical but you get paid accordingly. You’re one step removed from the real estate so hard to pivot as you don’t have any underwriting experience but they work with the biggest names in real estate so it’s not impossible
Curious if you could share any info on conduit originations in terms of hours and exit ops
Hours are very good on the conduit side. Not sure on exits but think you would get looks at a lot of places, especially on the debt side

WF RESCM has chill hours for a big bank, especially in NYC. Good exposure if you’re in origination or agency. Exits into REPE are solid—BGO, Carlyle, Tishman, Apollo—all doable if you get strong reps.
