What do you like about your job?
What is it that you do? Why are you doing it? Are you planning to make a career out of it and move up the ranks or go the entrepreneurial route? Is it possible to do small scale deals as you work on the side?
I am in the Hotel asset class even in these crazy times, I absolutely love it and I think I have found my niche.
- Boss and team are amazing. Amazing culture and hours.
- Traveling. Obviously not now, but Pre-COVID I traveled to major US markets 1-2x a month.
- I get exposure to everything. One day deep into Operations/Capex, other underwriting debt/equity, another recapitalization scenarios or refinances, AM reporting, etc.
