What Is Ivermectin 40 mg Used For?
While conducting my research about ivermectin, I faced with the phrase “Ivermectin 40mg” and wanted to clarify one confusing point.
As far as I know, ivermectin is antiparasitic drug and may be prescribed for some kinds of parasitic infection. However, the use of “40mg” confuses me because I cannot understand is it the maximum normal tablet dosage for humans or not.
According to my knowledge, the dosage of ivermectin is not selected by picking the maximum number from the pack. It depends on particular circumstances and conditions, so that I would not like to think that 40mg is a correct dosage.
