They’re one of the big shops in boston with decent AUM. Not “megafund”. Similar to the other big boys, I’d expect for first year out of UGrad, 70-80 base plus 50% bonus. By the time you’re Associate, base bump and bonus, which will creep closer to 100%, should take you to the 175-250 mark during your Associate years. No carry though until VP.
