What is the best way to cold email (with resume) the owner of an RE Investment & Development Firm that is not hiring?
There are several firms that I have come across which are not hiring (with no alum connection), and I would like to know what is the best way to approach the owner(s) for an interview.
Has anyone had success with this method, and if so what are the do's and don't to maximize potential for getting an interview or at least an informational.
