What market reports do you find useful to stay informed?

Looking to get a sense as to what market reports folks find useful and informative. A lot of the major CRE firms publish a wide array of reports every quarter. I know CBRE does their cap rate survey, for example. What are some reports that you find informative/valuable to stay knowledgeable on capital markets or anything CRE related?

Thanks!
