What Value Can a New College Graduate Add to a Boutique Firm or Growing Firm?

Heres the skinny on the situation. I want to get into development and I want to learn the business from top to bottom. I know a lot of the players in my area and I analyzed a couple Build&Develop models that are successful here and found one I think will be able to provide me with the best chance to learn all aspects and their efficient systems since they are cranking out projects like crazy. BUT what can I offer them besides my 24/hour devotion and "nose-to-the-grindstone" mentality. Firms like this are not cooperate yet so they don't have system for bringing in "fresh" graduates and instead usually pull people with experience from firms that they are surpassing and can offer better compensation to their best workers. Maybe I am looking at this wrong but its the main thing crowding my mind with doubt regarding this prospect and I just want to hear peoples thoughts on the topic.
