What was your bonus for 2024 after all?
Title says it. It’d be interesting to have a thread with actual bonuses received for year end 2024.
RE Asset Management, Real Estate Development shops, Real Estate Private Equity or Credit shops, other functions within real estate with full-time roles (ie non commission roles)
Not including carry/participation points that I'm not expecting to materialize, 200k cash + 250k stock (long vesting period) bonus on a 250k base. VP level at one of the publicly traded REITs / asset managers / banks with an REPE arm. Role is a mix of RE acquisitions and AM.

Yes. Ranges from 50-65 hours a week. 10 years out of undergrad.
