What would the spread be in todays market
Trying to price a multi portfolio which has three newly developed and stabilized properties. (Atlanta, Fortworth, and Birmingham). 300-400 units each. 95% occupied.
Any opinions on what an appropriate spread would be to refi this in todays market?

Still seems very tight in todays market. I was thinking closer to 225-250
