When to take off GPA from resume? PERE recruiting
I graduated college in the spring and am currently working in the RE group of a family office. Been taking calls with PERE recruiters, and one recently asked me for my resume. I had a 3.5 GPA in college (used to be higher but stopped going as hard in school senior year once I signed with my firm).
Should I leave it on because it's 3.5+? At what point can I take it off? I've heard different things. If I left it off would recruiters automatically think it's dog shit? Help me out fam
When I tell you to.
Ok incoming analyst.
OP, I would wait until you have a solid bedrock of real work experience. 3-4 years, maybe more if you're applying to the really corporate "fit in a box" type places.
