Have all companies stopped recruiting in London? - Real Estate

How's everyone feeling about the current job market? Has anyone experienced such a low activity with so few opportunities? Does anyone know what are the players that are still recruiting? Time to leave London for those that can?

Many thanks.

Trying hard to move to London from another European country but I'm struggling so much. Was going through two processes but they've been halted. Still, i think it's understandable that no one wants to hire in this shitty market

On a side note, when are bonuses usually paid at analyst level? December or March? Just to know if I can expect some sort of rebound after bonuses are paid

Yes, agreed on the market conditions. What's frustrating is that we're really in a limbo because even opportunistic/distressed funds are not active (probably because they haven't smelled enough blood yet). Concerning bonuses it really depends on the firm's fiscal-year (some can even pay in April or May). But yes generally speaking it's between December - March.
