Where do I find the developer over head fee
Noob question…….I have the JV agreement , PMA, business plan in front of me . I know it’s usually around 4% but is it spelled out in an agreement somewhere? If so, what would it be under? I cannot find it anywhere?? What am I missing here
Do you have a DMA (development management agreement)? Would typically be in there listed as a development fee, development management fee, or some variation thereof. Sometimes it will be specified in the JVA as well.
