Where to market our syndication deal? Need creative ideas.

So we filed our syndication with the SEC and are under the 506(c) exemption. At this point, we are thinking of creative ways to market our syndication for investment. Minimum check size will be $50K. We have about a $5-6k on marketing/advertising we plan to spend on this deal.

A couple options I had:

  • Direct mail postcards - Target areas where household income exceeds $200K. However, I feel like this may seem like a less attractive method and dont know if we'll hit our target on this, but its about 60 cents a flyer with total cost plus postage.
  • Web advertising, targeted ads, but again don't know if it will be viable

Any other creative ideas? We need to be able to target accredited investors. Willing to maybe increase marketing budget a bit if needed.
