Which is more helpful - CFA? A.CRE?
Recently lateraled from a pure AM (hyper focused on ops) role at a REPE firm to one with exposure to acquisitions & modeling. Looking to start one of these to both brush up on my skills & advance career, I know they're not at all equivalent but looking to help prioritize what's more relevant or useful. Also considering committing to both, starting with the A.CRE course. Thanks in advance!
CFA isn’t applicable to real estate at all really, and also takes more than a year to do, by which point you’d learn more about modeling on the job.
