White elephant gifts - CRE related
My team’s annual Christmas dinner is coming up and we are doing a white elephant exchange. The limit is quite low @ $25 but was wondering if anyone had any CRE related gifts or gifts in general that could be a hit. I’m fine spending more than $25.
I saw this last product last year and thought about it, but I didn't pull the trigger - the "1031 Exchange Throw Blanket". I'm not sure if I can post links, so I wont, but it's a quick google search.

Feels like there’s a million books out there on Real Estate/Urban Planning that fall under your $25 limit and would be a good read.
That’s a good idea but everyone going is pretty seasoned so I do not think a book will be utilized. Thank you nonetheless!
A real estate investing for dummies could be funny. Especially if y’all work in commercial properties and the book is about to flip a residential house
