Why should I join your respective field in CRE and why?
Hi everyone, I just thought that i could get everyone involved in this community and get some good debates going!!! Why should I join your field in CRE whether it be acquisitions, investment sales, Asset Management, etc.
So I can sell my value add in a tertiary market at a 2 cap?
Please don't, there's enough competition in acquisitions already...
