Working as a Project Manager for National Homebuilder
Hi guys,
I'm looking to see which position would have more value in the real estate development world, Construction Project Manager or Community Development Project Manager. The Community Development Project Manager would handle everything after entitlements all the way through and up to to community open. My long term goal is to get into a development shop and eventually start doing deals on my own. Any advice is appreciated!
