Would you rather have an easier going job in CRE and have the time invest in your own deals/developments and be balling in 10yrs or work flat out in REPE 70+ hours. Or can you make the time for both? Real estate entreprenuer or repe analyst? I guess it depends on which is more prestigious right guys?
