Would/Do You Prefer the GP or LP Side of RE More?

Just curious to hear everyone's thoughts. I initially worked for a true REPE shop before moving to an Owner/Operator and found that I like the GP side a bit more just because you have more say on things like hold/sell, refinance and strategy. Some of the wins, like successful lease-up, feel a bit more personal on the GP side too which is cool. Can get frustrating on the LP side when you aren't as in the mix on implementing the value-add

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
