Writing Credit Papers and Credit Reports

Hi All, I am a graduate pursuing a real estate and property developing career.

Following from completing an development appraisal on a office to resi conversion project as part of an interview assessment, I have been asked to “list all the other elements to include into a full credit report(i.e. a report which will include all necessary information. to reach the decision”.

I am not sure what the question is and what to list. Please can somebody clarify?

Please can somebody also clarify what does writing credit papers also entail?
