I'm on a task to find Yield to Maturity and Credit Ratings on Credit Tenants, would anyone be able to point me in the right direction ? Would prefer to not use Bloomberg Terminal as it will burn a $20k hole in my wallet.
Example:
200,000 SF Building Walmart is the Tenant Credit Rating is AA 11 Year Bond YTM is 2.63%
