Zonda/Insight Alternatives
Just curious what everyone uses besides MLS / Zonda, Insignt, Zillow whatever to get info about competitor communities in residential production homebuilding. I usually use Zonda’s insight program but it only reaches so far in my sub market. I’m having to look at stuff outside of that reach and am struggling to find stuff. I know it may just be where I’m looking but I’d like to know if anyone that works in Residential RE what they use to get market data on competing home builders over the USA.
Check out john burns, I believe they have a lot on builders. Not sure how it compares to Zonda but I bet it’s comparable.
