2nd year PE analyst - Resume Help?

This is pretty much my job on every investment we make. Not sure what would be most valuable to put on my resume?

- Screen business plans and proposals for potential investment, plus network all over to see if something intriguing pops up.
- Work with target CEO to prepare one-page executive summary ... show this to investment team or investment committee.
- Get go ahead for preliminary DD. Give CEO limited DD checklist, and wait for them to upload on ansarada, or prepare physical dataroom.
- Meet with company for 2 full days for a mini DD, plus create 5-year financial projections with them that we can agree on.
- Write 25 page preliminary DD report, including valuation + deal structure suggestions (I get help and advice only when needed from the partners), DD budget, timeline etc. This document includes everything you'd see in a DD, market, technical, legal ... just much shorter. It's basically for me to see if there is anything that could show risk. I do this through what CEO and I discussed, + from reading through the ltd. dataroom docs
- Create "pitch" of report to present to investment committee (partner presents, I create pitch and report).
- If we get go ahead, I draft the term sheet together with one partner, and then negotiate price with external DD people, lawyers, technical, HR etc.
- In the DD, I will generally do valuation, sometimes financial unless outsourced to audit firms, and I will manage the project. I will also write and compile the final DD report.

This is pretty much when my work ends, and the big boys take over with legals and closing but I keep assisting and being part of the process.

I also work on small-cap sell-side M&A sometime, and admin the datarooms on that side, plus do valuations and financial models...

In terms of portfolio companies, I'm somewhat involved, though not a huge amount. I help where needed, and I get to go to the board meetings most times, plus have a somewhat of a say in the strategic direction. Main job is DD and investments though.

If I'm not mistaken, my role as the only analyst comes with a lot of responsibility ... but I have no idea how I should put this into bulletpoint format on my resume? I'm looking to possibly move to some other firm back in my home country.

Thanks !
