Accepted a summer offer—can I put it on my resume?

I am an undergrad (junior) who just accepted an offer for an internship this summer at a PE firm. The job starts in June but I am currently in the process of applying to internships for the fall (My school is on a quarter system and I am taking the fall term off). Is it ok for me to put my accepted position on my resume when applying to fall jobs. If so, how would I format?
